Eric Golangco has been in various facets of the homebuilding and general construction industry for over three decades, and has lived and worked in Asia and North America. His expertise in project management and strategic planning has been solidly applied to a broad range of projects such as single-family detached homes, highways, bridges, high rise residential and commercial buildings, suburban residential subdivisions and master planned communities.
With Golangco Global, Eric is committed to a global impact and is continuing his own brand of construction and consulting on both continents, particularly in the field of sustainable design and planning where it makes a profound difference to the environment and contributes to a common good.
Eric also actively gives back to his community, as he is involved in various educational, civic, business and humanitarian organizations and activities. He strongly believes in social entrepreneurship that does good to the society while creating wealth.
Eric is a licensed civil engineer, a LEED AP (Accredited Professional) and has a B.S. Civil Engineering from Santa Clara University, CA, a M.S. Civil Engineering in Construction Management from Stanford University, CA, and a MBA from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, CA. Eric commutes between his home in Alamo, CA and Manila, Philippines. He and his wife Marsha have 3 children, Madeline, Elaine & Wesley.

Since 1988, Marsha Golangco has been active in the building industry, consulting in Environmental Feng Shui designs and sustainable green living principles. Her mission is to promote a sustainable world with beauty, harmony and prosperity. For over twenty years, Marsha has used her Feng Shui knowledge and wisdom to help her clients in creating an auspicious living environment for a better quality of life. Her services include subdivision development, office buildings, business projects, workplaces, and individual homes.
Marsha is the author of two books: “The Power of Feng Shui for Builders” and “The Power of Feng Shui for Your Life”. Her upcoming third book is on “The Power of Feng Shui for Sustainable Green Living”.
Marsha is very active in community services, a recipient of the Honorable Mention Martin Luther King Jr. Humanitarian Award of the Year in 2005. Currently, she serves as the Advocacy Committee Chair of USGBC Northern California Chapter’s Diablo/East Bay branch. She is also serving on the board of the Women’s Council of the Home Builders Association Northern California, both local and state level. Marsha is a recipient of the 2006 President’s Award of the Year for her dedication to advancement of professional women in building industry.
Marsha holds a B.A. in Biology from Santa Clara University, an M.A. in Home Economics from California State University in San Francisco. She has completed a Ph.D. academic program in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines. Marsha lives in Alamo, Ca with her husband, Eric and their three children, Madeline, Elaine and Wesley.
